Isern Serra
Interior designer Isern Serra (Barcelona, 1981) founded his eponymous studio in Barcelona in 2008. With a keen sensitivity to materiality and concept, his work develops an essential architectural language that combines formal simplicity with a strong sensory charge, giving rise to contemporary spaces with Mediterranean roots that are serene and timeless.
Isern Serra currently leads a multidisciplinary team working on national and international projects. His practice ranges from residential and commercial interior design to furniture and lighting design, creative direction, and exhibition installations, always taking a global, human, and coherent approach to space.
His work has been widely published in general and specialized media, and presented in exhibitions and books internationally. He combines his professional activity with teaching and participation in conferences and workshops, and is part of the prestigious AD100 list.
Interior and industrial designer, Francesc Rifé (Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, 1969) founded his own studio in Barcelona in 1994. Influenced by minimalism and following a family tradition linked to craftsmanship, his work focuses on ways of approaching material honesty, spatial order and geometric proportion.
Currently, Francesc Rifé leads a team of professionals from various fields of design. His national and international projects range from interior design to industrial design in the commercial and private sectors. Throughout his career, Rifé has won design awards such as Contract World, Red Dot, ICFF Editors, HiP in Chicago, FAD, and several ASCER awards.
His work has been widely published in the general press as well as in specialized publications and books around the world. In addition, several books have been published with his most outstanding works. He currently works and conducts workshops and lectures.
