Ana Motta is an interior and furniture designer from Panama. She studied architecture at the University of Virginia. After completing several residential and commercial interior design projects, she decided to continue her studies in Barcelona, where she graduated from Elisava’s Master in Furniture Design.

Ana Motta’s work seeks sensitivity in the mundane moments of life. She captures the ordinary as inspiration for geometries, proportions and materiality. She currently runs her own design studio, anamottana, where she works on multidisciplinary projects both in Panama and Barcelona.
